Mode of Delivery:	The full course runs for between three and nine months and includes up to three taught days in that period.
Starting Dates:	This course runs up to three times a year with starting dates in the Autumn (Sept-Dec.), Spring (Jan-Apr.) and Summer (May-Aug.). Courses are subject to a minimum number of students in order to run in any given teaching block.

Overview:	This course provides a critical evaluation of ethos and values that shape voluntary organisations. It explores the role of leadership and how this contributes to the character and sucess of organisations.
Assessment:	Learning Diary (3,000 words), 70%. Presentation (15 minutes), 30%.
