Oasis has been placing students in ministry locations as part of their studies for twenty years. Students can study with the College towards undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in children’s work, youth work*, or family support work, alongside ministry. Our undergraduate students will usually undertake full-time study with the College where they spend two days in College each week during teaching blocks and the remainder in a ministry location. Students are placed in a ministry location with a local church or Christian agency that hosts them for up to three years. Student workers will normally contribute alongside your regular activities but will also help through reaching out to the wider community as they grow in experience during their undergraduate studies.
